Pizza is what we do before anything else. The dough is mixed and hand-tossed every day, the sauce is our own recipe, and every pie is built to order. The signature lineup runs from the Zig's Classic to the Meat Lovers and the Hawaiian Zig, all in 10, 12 and 14 inch. Want to call the shots? Build your own and pick every topping yourself. Alongside our hand-tossed rounds we bake Detroit style pizza, the thick square pie with caramelized cheese pressed into the edges of the pan. A 10 inch gluten-free crust is on the menu too. Pick it up at 37625 Five Mile Road or get delivery around Livonia, and add wings or cheese bread if the night calls for it. Our sauce is made in-house from our own recipe, and nothing sits under a heat lamp waiting for you.
